Sometimes we get a last minute call from a homeowner with a dream they have in mind for remaking their backyard and we can’t help but get excited with them.
When our client in Missouri City, TX called us early on a Thursday morning after seeing a small add we had ran on Facebook showing a twin window to French door conversion recently completed asking if we could please come out to their house the next day to discuss their project, we did not hesitate.
They had been in discussion with a handful of other windows dealers in Houston but none of them wanted to take on the dream idea they had for the back of their home because it was not going to be a small project. At Truwin, we pride ourselves on being able to do special turnkey projects with our customers that other window and door companies can’t or wont do.
The dream was to completely transform the back of their home to increase the amount of natural lighting and make the view to the lake spectacular. We could feel that vision and helped them create the amazing window wall of dreams. What a difference a dream can make when you partner with a fantastic team like Truwin Windows, Doors, & Siding!
We removed all of the architectural shaped windows across the back of the home and reframed the openings to allow for installing new NT Twinsulator windows in black creating beautiful large viewing spaces in the downstairs living areas. For the large window in the center, we partnered with our friends at Legend Glass in New Caney, TX to install two large commercial grade insulated windows that completely opened up the back of their home to as much natural light as possible. Once the windows were done, we helped replaced all of their old cedar lap siding with brand new LP Smartside lap siding and LP Smartside Trim. The makeover was completed with a full exterior paint job utilizing Sherwin Williams Duration paint for a long lasting and beautiful color.
